Sebastian, the property owner of the apartment, was a charming young man who appeared on his scooter soon after we asked a nearby business to telephone the contact number on our confirmation. The apartment was a studio, with a bathroom. There was a stove ( good) but only one pan to cook with ( poor) There was a table, 2 chairs, and a bed.

Having stayed in hostels during our travels so far was nice to have the apartment all to ourselves to relax. Apartment is very near the bus station and a reasonable distance from the centre of town, however is served by bus. Apartment was clean as properly as the owners very friendly offering discounted trips. Good to stay for a couple of days to explore the town and river.

Sebastian the property owner is a excellent guy, I had a problem with my tooth and he took me to the university dentist to get it sorted. I needed to get a root canal and he organised everything for me, no problem at all, excellent guy, excellent apartment, nice change from the hostel scene for a few days. Would recommend to everyone.

A amazing place for stay in Rosario. Extremely clean whith all the facilities and services incluided. Whith the property owner did a Bike Tour one day and a Boat trip in the river the next day. Sebastian speak a fantastic english and is a really helpful person. Definitely recommendable !

One of the very best places weve stayed on our 6 months travels. Sebastian was really warm and friendly and helpful. Good location - coach station, supermarket and good eating places inside walking distance.
