The staff were brilliant. There was a problem with our booking when we arrived (the room we had booked - the only private double - had been given to another couple, and the whole of Rosario seemed to be fully booked out on the Saturday night! ), but the staff couldn't have been better at solving the problem. So even though we started out feeling pretty peeved at the mistake, we still ended up having a good night's sleep in a dorm for one night, which they gave to us free of charge. Other hostels could learn a lot about good customer service from Passers! The communal areas are warm and lovely, the breakfast (coffee and croissants) is good, and there always seemed to be hot water. Dorm one is just off the reception, and faces on to the street so is a bit noisy, but the other dorms and the private room are set back, so much quieter. Overall, fantastic, friendly staff, a good atmosphere and a good place to stay in Rosario.
