Niko was excellent! We arrived at 5 in the morning right after a long bus ride from Santiago, and he greeted us as if it was 3 in the afternoon. He made us really feel welcome immediately.

The employees were super helpful. My lock broke and Alejandro was really nice about it and helped open the locker, free of charge! They were really welcoming on our 1st day and always offered to invite us into the group or party that was happening each evening.

Bathrooms were clean. the upstairs region is massive and looks like it has a lot of potential but when i was there there werent any parties and it was pretty quiet. really excellent location, a few blocks from primary pedestrian strip and primary square.
