It was cheap. And the individuals where helpful when I asked for information. The garden wasn&t very massive and they could do more out of it, But at least its a place to relax. The breakfast is at massive table with all visitors together which is nice and you become familiar with to others, To me it seemed very safe- you have to ring the bell when you desire to enter and they had massive lockers.
