Travel agent included so you could get help when you need it. Showers were good and beds were comfortable. 15 minute walk from bus terminal and 3-4mins from primary square, shops and restaurants. Hostel seems secure there is certainly always staff on reception and only they can let you in.

Very mediocre in every single way, standard bread breakfast, basic cooking area (not amazing to cook in), nice outside area.

I found the day manager to be very helpful and friendly. He helped me with the internet connection and in storing my bag while I explored the city. He helped me obtain a taxi for the bus station. The room was clean and had clean towels and sheets. Net connection was very good. Location is only 4 blocks east of the principal square.

Fantastic staff! Really bent over backward for us and suggested some great, local activities that made our stay. Warm and friendly place. Really clean facilities- wish we could stay longer.

They had a great kitchen and dining area, a nice hang out with pool inside the back and hammocks to boot.

Close to principal plaza, shops, and restaurants. Extremely helpful staff.
