Very clean, comfortable. Fantastic atmosphere. Sebastian was very helpful in describing trails, getting transfers as necessary, etc. What looks like really recently redesigned bath rooms and showers downstairs. Very good location -- right off the significant drag in El Chalten (try the bakery across from the blue supermarket! ), ~10-15 minute walk to the key trail heads.

We booked for 2 nights, but the weather was good for hiking so Sebastian allowed as to stay the 2nd night just 3 days later, very flexibel and helpful. the cooking area is good and everything really clean

El hostal esta muy bien ubicado, y al no ser muy grande permite conocer a otros viajeros y compartir experiencias. Esta todo impecablemente limpio y la cocina esta muy bien equipada. El staff es muy buena onda! MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO! :)

Nice and clean, very good dorm sizes, and a nice common region with a decent sized kitchen. There as a TV with lots of Music concert dvds, which was a really cool thought as the TV is inside the primary common region so films not often appropriate. You can complete numerous stunning walks from this hostel.
