The hosts here were so gorgeous and helpful and welcoming, the location was perfect-2 minute walk to the Primary Street, the breakfast was lovely-boiled eggs and homemade bread and jam. They even leave you wee sweets on your pillow to come back to right after a day out! Been recommending this place to everyone I have met who says they are going to el Calafate- the most hospitable, friendly place I have ever stayed in! Thanks for such a gorgeous stay :)

Good hot showers. Homemade breakfast. No cost tea, coffee, and cocoa available all of the time. Facilities were perhaps not the newest, but they were clean and functional and frankly the warmth and kindness of the hosts/owners much more than made up for any hesitations I might have had there.

Really warm and friendly and helpful staff. Genuinely nice individuals who create a lovely environment and setting inside the hostel. Nice breakfast with runny boiled eggs cooked just right. Spacious rooms and really central convenient location. No question we are really glad we stayed there.

Owners were really helpful, informative and cheerful. The breakfast is all freshly made, including house made jams. It was probable to pre-order dinner and that was really delicious too. I would extremely recommend this.

Conveniently located, decent breakfast, great kitchen facilities, excellent hot water pressure within the shower, a never-ending supply of hot tea or coffee! Also, VERY warm and friendly staff - as I was unwell with a bad cold, the property owner insisted on driving me to my next set of lodgings so I wouldn&'t have to walk - this was service like no other! I would definitely stay here again.

The owners are delightful! They helped us with each and every probable question we could have had about the town/glacier/transportation prior to we even had a chance to ask them! We had a few hours in El Calafate soon after arriving back from El Chalten and prior to our flight, so we stopped by to say hi. They let us leave our bags there again (we hadn&'t stayed there in 3 nights! ) and offered to book a taxi cab for us. Best customer service I&'ve ever had!

One of the beat hostels I&'ve ever stayed! Belen and Dar&io, are the owners running the spot with extreme dedication. They are available all the time to ensure the travellers have everything they need. The location is excellent - near to the principal travel agencies and important spots within the city. The atmosphere is fantastic and the rooms are very nice as well. The food is great! They have an remarkable breakfast and also offer you homemade dinners.

Such a lovely little place! The rooms are properly looked after, great facilities and an amazing breakfast every morning. The hosts are extremely kind people. I would definitely recommend this place.
